I watched our country vote tonight. It seems that our nation has spoken...
The Lord reminded me of these verses. I just wanted to share them because there is nothing more comforting, real or satisfying to the soul than God's eternal Word. No matter what happens, God's Word will never change.
God is still in control...
Proverbs 8:15-16 "By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth."
He said He will come quickly...
Revelation 22:20 "He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus."
Our God is still greater than all...
1 John 4:4 "Ye are of God little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world."
Our God knows what is best...
Psalm 84:11 "For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly."
Our God will never leave us...
Hebrews 13:5 " Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have; for He saith, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."
